Protection Against Dajjal, the Anti-Christ

The following are the verses ( Al-Kahf verses 1-10 ) to be memorised if one wants to be protected against the tribulations of dajjal, the Anti-Christ.

عَنْ أَبِي الدَّرْدَاءِ ، أَنّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : " مَنْ حَفِظَ عَشْرَ آيَاتٍ مِنْ أَوَّلِ سُورَةِ الْكَهْف عُصِمَ مِنَ الدَّجَّالِ " .

From Abu Darda' radhiAllahu 'anhu , that the Prophet pbuh said :
Whoever memorised 10 verses from the beginning of the chapter of Al-Kahf, he/she would be protected from Dajjal." ( Hadith narrated in Sahih Muslim )

سُوۡرَةُ الکهف

بِسۡمِ ٱللهِ ٱلرَّحۡمَـٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ

( Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim )

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

ٱلۡحَمۡدُ لِلَّهِ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنزَلَ عَلَىٰ عَبۡدِهِ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ وَلَمۡ يَجۡعَل لَّهُ ۥ عِوَجَاۜ (١)

( Alhamdulillahil lazhi anzala 'ala 'abdihil kitaba walam yaj'al lahu 'iwaja )

All praises be to Allah, Who has sent down upon His slave (Muhammad SAW) the Book (the Qur'ân), and is contained in it any waywardness.

قَيِّمً۬ا لِّيُنذِرَ بَأۡسً۬ا شَدِيدً۬ا مِّن لَّدُنۡهُ وَيُبَشِّرَ ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَعۡمَلُونَ ٱلصَّـٰلِحَـٰتِ أَنَّ لَهُمۡ أَجۡرًا حَسَنً۬ا (٢)

( Qayyimal liyunzira ba'san shadidam mil ladunhu wa yubashiral mukmininal lazhina ya'malunas solihati anna lahum ajran hasana )

Made straight as a warning (to the disbelievers) of a severe punishment from Him. And to give glad tidings to the believers, who do righteous deeds, that they shall be rewarded well.

مَّـٰكِثِينَ فِيهِ أَبَدً۬ا (٣)

( Makithina fihi abada )

They shall live in it ( paradise ) forever.

وَيُنذِرَ ٱلَّذِينَ قَالُواْ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱللَّهُ وَلَدً۬ا (٤)

( Wayunzhirul lazhina qalut takhozallahu walada )

And warns those who say : Allâh has begotten a son.

مَّا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنۡ عِلۡمٍ۬ وَلَا لِأَبَآٮِٕهِمۡ‌ۚ

( Ma lahum bihi min 'imin wala li abaihim)

They knew not of such knowledge nor their forefathers.

كَبُرَتۡ ڪَلِمَةً۬ تَخۡرُجُ مِنۡ أَفۡوَٲهِهِمۡ‌ۚ

( Kaburat kalimatan takhruju min afwahihim )

Such abhorrence that their mouth speaks.

إِن يَقُولُونَ إِلَّا كَذِبً۬ا (٥)

( Inyakuluna illa kaziba )

That they only speak of lies.

فَلَعَلَّكَ بَـٰخِعٌ۬ نَّفۡسَكَ عَلَىٰٓ ءَاثَـٰرِهِمۡ إِن لَّمۡ يُؤۡمِنُواْ بِهَـٰذَا ٱلۡحَدِيثِ أَسَفًا (٦)

( Fala'allaka bakhi'un nafsaka 'ala atharihim illam yukminu bihazhal hadithi asafa )

Perhaps you are causing death upon yourself by grieving, caused by their acts that they do not believe in this narration ( Quran ) with great regret.

إِنَّا جَعَلۡنَا مَا عَلَى ٱلۡأَرۡضِ زِينَةً۬ لَّهَا لِنَبۡلُوَهُمۡ أَيُّہُمۡ أَحۡسَنُ عَمَلاً۬ (٧)

( Inna ja'alna ma 'alal ardhi zinatal laha linabluwahum ayyuhum ahsana 'amala )

Verily, We have made what is on this earth as an adornment for it, in order that We may test them (mankind) as to which of them are best in deeds.

وَإِنَّا لَجَـٰعِلُونَ مَا عَلَيۡہَا صَعِيدً۬ا جُرُزًا (٨)

( Wa inna laja'iluna ma 'alaiha so'idan juruza )

And verily, We shall make all that is on it (the earth) a bare dry dust.

أَمۡ حَسِبۡتَ أَنَّ أَصۡحَـٰبَ ٱلۡكَهۡفِ وَٱلرَّقِيمِ كَانُواْ مِنۡ ءَايَـٰتِنَا عَجَبًا (٩)

( Am hasibta anna ashabal kahfi wal raqimi kanu min ayatina 'ajaba )

Do you think that the people of the Cave and the Inscription were a wonder among Our Signs?

إِذۡ أَوَى ٱلۡفِتۡيَةُ إِلَى ٱلۡكَهۡفِ فَقَالُواْ رَبَّنَآ ءَاتِنَا مِن لَّدُنكَ رَحۡمَةً۬ وَهَيِّئۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَمۡرِنَا رَشَدً۬ا (١٠)

( Iz awal fityatu ilal kahfi faqalu rabbana atina mil ladunka rahmatanw wa hayyik lana min amrina roshada )

When the young men fled for refuge to the Cave and they prayed : "Our Lord! Bestow upon us your mercy , and make our affairs in the guided way."

p/s An ustaz told me to read one of the verses here so that any affair that we're going to face will run smoothly, InsyaAllah. Especially in front of the authorities. So memorise this and practise it 

وَهَيِّئۡ لَنَا مِنۡ أَمۡرِنَا رَشَدً۬ا

and make our affairs in the guided way
